How do I book?

To secure your date, once details have been agreed, we will forward you an invoice and hire agreement for your perusal and signing.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date - with the balance due the week prior to your event.

Do you travel outside of the Manawatu?

We love to travel to events! Our standard pricing includes travel within a 25km radius of Palmerston north CBD.

For events outside of the Manawatu a travel fee applies.  We'll provide you with a specific amount during the quoting process.

 
 

 
 

Furniture & Goods

 
 

How long is hire period for furniture & Goods?

Rental Period: 48 Hours (allows for set up / event day / collection).

Do you deliver items?

We sure do!  We have a set delivery fee for events within Manawatu.  For events outside of this zone an additional travel fee applies.  Delivery fee is outlined during the quote process (once location, item requirements, etc are known).

Do you set up the Furniture / Goods.

Delivery of furniture includes the positioning and wipe down of trestle tables & bench seats (provided the event space is ready to go at the scheduled drop off time). 

It does not include set up and styling of tableware, accessories, decor and goods.  We do offer additional styling and set up services, which can be discussed during the quote process.
